Shipping
We currently ship across India.
- Complimentary shipping on all orders above ₹1,199.
- For orders below ₹1,199, a shipping charge applies and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery time
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Remote areas and peak seasons (festivals, sales) may take a little longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pin codes. A COD handling fee applies and is shown at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery. Orders that are refused at delivery may make you ineligible for COD on future orders.
Delivery issues
- Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
- If a package arrives tampered with or visibly damaged, please refuse it or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours.
- If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, write to us and we will trace it with the courier.
Returns
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, reported within 48 hours of delivery. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless damaged or incorrect. Please see our Return Policy for full details.
