- Communications: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, Instagram or our contact form, including photos or unboxing videos shared for a return request.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and how you arrived at our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

- To process, pack, ship and deliver your orders, including Cash on Delivery orders.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates and tracking links by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- To handle returns, replacements, refunds and customer support requests.
- To prevent fraud and misuse, including repeated refused Cash on Delivery orders.
- To improve our website, products and shopping experience.
